So the Senate Republicans aren't going to announce their health care plan to the public and are just going to get the CBO score? Whatever happened to the GOP Pledge to America?

Asked if he knew any details of the draft bill, Lindsay Graham said "None." Asked if we would like to know more, he said, "No." This is a display of cowardice on an unimaginable scale and it's pointless. Should the bill become law, do they think voters won't notice it? "Hey, I lost my health insurance, but I'm sure Congress had nothing to do with it."

Is there a number you're searching for that would make all these mass killings acceptable?

What I posted 10 hours ago:

From today's New York Times story on the protests in Russia:

As I said, habitual lawbreaker. Who is treated more leniently than such behavior deserves.

Grudging credit to the NYT for actually mentioning it this time. ;)

I heard on NPR that the Kremlin is ok with the protest as long as people a) gather where they were told, b) don't carry signs of placards, and c) don 't shout slogans.

Sounds like a hell of a protest.

Sounds like the Kremlin has learned a lesson or two from today's American universities.
