That's one of many galling things about this bill. It's not an improvement of Obamacare, it's an attack on the traditional conservative strawmen like PP, Medicare and Medicaid.

They have no intention whatsoever of "improving" Obamacare. They want to wipe it off the books.

Along with everything the government does to help anybody besides the billionaires (who don't need help), all the way back to Social Security in 1935.
