He shouldn't have said it would be easy, but it is possible.

We've upended the health insurance markets for millions.

There were winners and losers in this process. You could alter it, but what Republicans should have known -- and in a sense they did, which is why they fought the original law so hard -- is that taking away an entitlement is nearly impossible.

And, so now now, to "improve" health care, the only option is to create more recipients of entitlements. You can't do that and reduce costs. And, since low cost is one of the entitlements, it means the healthy and the "rich" will be forced to pay more.
