It's an amendment to the bill to build The Wall, so who knows if it will ever pass.

 

For a man who literally wrote a book about negotiations, he sure does suck at them.

Trump tweets with the bravado of LBJ at a trough urinal, but he doesn't know what he's even hoping to get in the deals he seeks. He just wants a deal. At all costs. It can be a bad deal, but it's a deal he made.
