Bottom line: the history of voter suppression in this country has always been overwhelmingly dominated by one theme: white people with money trying to prevent poor non-white people from voting. To the extent you can claim Democrats did it too, that is only because white southern racists were once Democrats, but now they're Republicans.

Any argument premised on the notion that it's a two way street with both sides equally guilty is patently false.

 

But he *feels* like modern Democrats did the same thing, and modern conservative snowflakes need their feelings to be treated as better than facts.
