Aren't all those fuckers guilty of impersonating law enforcement officers?

 

We have multiple smoking guns.

Here's him being an accessory to felonies:

He publicly admitted to firing Mueller because of the Russia investigation, which makes it textbook obstruction of justice.

He also directed Kushner's initial lies about the key meeting with Russian operatives, which also makes him an accessory after the fact at a minimum and also is obstruction of justice.

And there's still that pesky emoluments clause that we're ignoring because we *really really* love the Constitution until it'd be slightly inconvenient for him.

 

They know exactly where the legal line is. As long as they don't have badges or pins, they're technically on the right side of it, even if it is clearly their intent to impersonate officers.
