    Rumblings this morning that Gary Cohen was disgusted while standing there during yesterday's fiasco.

    Of course, there is the fact that he was standing there in the first place.

    Cohn was the one I was thinking of. He's staying because tax "reform", meaning cuts, is more important to him than his dignity.

    The thing is, there is actually a conversation to be had about violence perpetrated by ... wait for it ... both sides!

    But the fact that the President speaks like an infant derails any chance for such a constructive give-and-take to occur.

    To follow up on my last point, the President and those who take their cue from him in both the right-wing media and social media have no instinct for time and place. A Nazi ran over and killed Heather Heyer, who, to my knowledge, was not perpetrating violence at the time. He tried to kill a lot more people. Just because you want to talk about violence perpetrated by leftist protesters doesn't mean that this was the proper event to use as a springboard to that subject. It was not.
