    Thanks, I'll take your word for it.
    One time, I swear, I tried to do it their way. On a freebie no less using my points. Ordered a grande, all proud of myself and it came out MEDIUM.
    We all have holes in our game. Tall, Grande, Venti - that's one of mine.

    I do love my dog though.

    I never go to Starbucks, and I know the terminology. And the handful of times I have ordered something in one the last few years, I have made a point of ordering a "medium coffee." instead of a grande. I understand it serves no purpose except for my messed-up psyche. I don't care. They accept my money either way.
