I despise Coulter, but I'm not sure she's wrong here.

 

It is absurd, but when you consider who's actually available, you begin to understand why people would suggest her.

I think Biden is the most likely nominee.

The Post has Jerry Brown -- who would be 82-years-old -- in the top five, and three of the top five would be at least 77-years-old.

 

What that tweet doesn't mention is that the former Clinton pollster is Doug Schoen, who is Fox News' token "liberal" who is only there to criticize other liberals.

She's wrong and dumb.

 

She's not my slice of (Adam's) apple pie ... but she's not dumb.

 

You have to be pretty smart to be as good a troll as she is, but her "late-summer showers" remark is tremendously stupid and heartless.

 

OK, I'll grant you the "showers" portion of the comment.

But she's not wrong that the 24-hour news networks, particularly CNN, love catastrophes.

 

There are 6.2 million power accounts in Florida who are without power this morning. That's roughly two thirds of the state with no power in September. It will be weeks before some of them get it back.

Sure CNN loves stuff like hurricanes. It's free content to fill the 24 hour news cycle, just fill in with other news as needed. It makes things easier for them. That does not mean that there was no hurricane, or that Florida didn't flat get lucky regarding how Irma tracked.
