    The forum may be about flag and military service (not necessarily to me, back in '72 when I stood and sang, it was about being united for our country, not the military); but the message has nothing to do with that, they are using that moment when they are together and the cameras are rolling to get their message across.

    Which now reminds me, I heard the national anthem at sporting events started around WWII, was playing it in the late 60's, early 70s, were people saluting ALL members of the military??? Ah, no. Yeah during Vietnam, were vets being honored at stadiums across the country before every game? No.

    So let's not change the goalposts while it serves your position.
