    Golden State is going to be the one to keep an eye on. Aside from being the most visible team by a factor of 100, they're in an area where ticket buyers and viewers won't punish them either. I'd be surprised if they follow Silver's lead.

    My belief is that most NBA fans won't get too upset by, or actually support, the players intent.

    The markets where it could become problematic are Indiana and Utah, but neither will be particularly good this year so who outside the market would notice.

    Well, when a prof expects the students to show up for class and turn in assignments, what do you expect?

    Other than reading in the event you are called on, there are no "assignments" in law school.

    You take a test at the end of the semester. That's your grade.
