So anyone who hunts can't buy ammo at the start of the season and use it if they go hunting 20-25 times? They should have to go out an buy ammo every time they hunt?

 

It should be at least as difficult to buy ammo as it is to buy Claritin-D. If we can use that as a starting point -- show ID, perhaps subject yourself to some tracking -- and maybe go from there so that people can hunt and shoot and shit all they want, but if somebody gathers up 10,000 rounds, well, you're going to be subject to questions.
