I've never understood how nationalism became a thing in this country, particularly among people who claim to love this country.

 

Nobody loves the USA more than the people who celebrate the CSA and/or wish they could secede from it now.

Which brings us to Donald Trump, who first came to national prominence by literally trying to negate President Obama's American citizenship. A more emotionally insecure, psychologically unstable and intellectually ill-equipped leader would be hard to imagine anywhere; but compared to his self-effacing, graceful, and elegantly refined predecessor, Trump could only suffer even more. Think Gregory Hines followed by a dancing hippo, or a symphony concert followed by a tractor pull.

 

C'mon. Release the JFK records already. Fuck the deep state. If they weren't ready for today's deadline with 25 years forewarning, just release it all.

Then get back on the IRS trail, Uranium leads, Clinton Foundation and those missing emails.

Something I've been wondering about. If the papers were set to be released on this date 25 years ago, how does Trump get credif for it?

 

Right place, right time.

Just like how Bill benefited in the 1990s by HW giving up on his read my lips, no new taxes.

 

Because he's a simpleton who is blissfully unaware of anything that happened outside of his direct field of vision.

 

If it's good and it happens while he's in office, it was all his idea.

If it's bad, it was someone else.

Simple.

 

In that one way, he actually is pretty presidential.
