President Trump: The NEW one and only politics thread

They've obviously either stopped caring about re-election or are betting that big money ads attacking minorities will keep them in office. The latter just had a beta run in Virginia and it didn't go smoothly.

It was always going to pass the house. Those people have no morales or pride. The republicans from New York or New Jersey or California ... places that are going to be hammered by this and see their taxes go up. Please. It's the senate where this will die. And it's putting in the repeal of the individual mandate of the ACA that is going to do it

 

MIT has an endowment north of $14 billion. I think they can manage to find a few bucks to cover these situations.

 

This proposed change has fuck-all to do with the ability of a university to NOT charge someone tuition.

Hopefully Collins, McCain (for the Senate not going through regular order) and Murkowski will hear the calls from their constituents again about what this will do to health insurance. There are others who are Nos or are unsure now, but they'll cave like the spineless cowards they are.

 

Trump isn’t a bright guy. He’s the last person who should be criticizing someone over sexual harrsssment allegations.

Many would be happy to re-open that conversation when it comes to Trump. He’s provided the opening.

As for Franken, his resignation would send a pretty damn clear message.

What Franken did was wrong and he should/will pay a price. Though it doesn’t rise to the level of pedophile Roy Moore, who could still be elected to the Senate.

Meanwwhile, an extremely shitty tax bill that hurts a lot of middle-class Americans just passed in the House.

Hopefully there are enough Senators willing to do what’s right and flush this turd.

 

Really hope you’re right. Want to believe the GOP overplayed its hand (how is that possible since they’ve failed at everything so far?) by trying to add healthcare to this shit-stain of a tax plan.

This plan would hurt so many people other than the ultra-rich.

And Trump voters fell for the con that he was going to help them. Hopefully they’ll see the light.

 

Once again, President Trump made an ass of himself. The accusation and picture are more than enough to make Franken look bad, but Trump starts making shit up about what might be in other pictures when we've seen no indication that there are other pitures.

Also, given his history, the hypocrisy is strong in this one.
