BTE, Boston is lousy with Chinese princelings at Harvard, MIT and especially BU, and they have skated from some very serious issues, such as crashing Ferraris in the Back Bay at 100 mph. This is a mutual unspoken diplomatic agreement not to cause embarrassment for the other party.

 

Fine. But I wasn't basing my opinion on "unspoken diplomatic agreements." I was basing it on "people who steal need to be punished, because it sends a shitty message if they aren't."

Regarding Franken, they can investigate if he touched her or not, which you cannot tell in the photo. They can also investigate her claim that he stuck his tongue down her throat during a rehearsal.
