Are such persons protected by the Constitution? Can they find shelter in certain of its provisions (e.g., protection against double jeopardy, the right to counsel, the right to remain silent)? Be careful in answering: A "yes" means you're on the side of Nazis. Or so I'm told.

    From the story:
"Some liken it to when Democrats rushed the Affordable Care Act through Congress and ended up with scads of legislative snafus."

Rushed it through Congress over the course of a year. A year. Not a month. A year. That was once considered "rushing through Congress." Funny that none of the GOP think they are rushing through this legislation that was passed at 2 .m. on a Saturday after a month with little to no debate.

Depends. Are they actively attempting to bring about violence with their speech, including accumulating political power so that they can enact their violent agendas?

Then the speech is no longer protected.

Trump isn't going to last much longer at this rate ...

A typical dinner from there, according to Lewandowski and Bossie: “two Big Macs, two Fillet-O-Fish, and a chocolate malted.”

That is a meal with two 540-calorie burgers, two 410-calorie fish sandwiches, and a 772-calorie shake (if he gets a medium size), for a grand total of 2,672 calories, 117 grams of fat, 3,556 milligrams of sodium, and 326 milligrams of cholesterol. The recommended daily calorie intake for a not-terribly-active man of Trump’s age is 2,000 to 2,200, and the American Heart Association warns not to exceed 2,400 milligrams of sodium per day unless you like high blood pressure.

This has not been the law of the land since Brandenburg v. Ohio in 1969. I'm arguing what should be, not what is.

If this is a DB, I apologize, but the Senate tax bill accidentally included a provision that would RAISE corporate taxes by more than $300 billion.

JFC. What a horseshit story. It acknowledges that she was separated from her husband by this point.

The boy is crying wolf over and over and over again these days.
