When Styx and DDY make their peace and take the stage together for their RRHoF induction, this must be the jam song.

 

The acknowledgement of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel over Tel Aviv is a blatant signal that there can be no lasting peace agreement and undermines the United States' position as a potentially neutral arbitrator.

 

A true neutral arbitrator would continue to make foreign policy decisions based on the desires of people who monetarily reward the families of terrorists who kill Israelis. It's only fair.

 

And it further demonstrates Trump is unwilling or unable to listen to advice from long-standing allies like the UK and/or experts on the ground ...

So far, not a single country — other than Israel, of course — has thrown its support behind the declaration. Even Tillerson’s own State Department has conceded the announcement could sow unrest throughout the Middle East.

America first. America alone. Hell, even Syria and Nicaragua joined the damn Paris agreement.

(Not taking sides, just stating a fact.)

 

Or, you know, every single other country on earth that isn't Israel or doesn't enjoy seeing America weakened.

 

Yeah, this will definitely be the trigger that sows unrest in the Middle East. That these posts are made with a straight face ...
