I don't know - Graham is smart enough that he knows the way you get something from Trump is to flatter him (whether you mean it or not). Maybe he figures if he gets Trump's ear it might avoid something tragic. Maybe he's just hoping Trump will stay in NAFTA.

Looks like RCP is going to have to re-jigger their graph - the President is THAT unpopular.
And yet he bragged on his Twitter about a poll that had him at 45 percent approval. (It was an outlier, that even RCP doesn't use).

 

I think the undecideds in the polls are going to vote for Moore, but don't want to admit they are voting for him.

 

I've always found it amusing how the bureau lumps in guns with beer and cigarettes.

Is there any evidence that Trump directed Flynn to lie to the FBI? For fuck’s sake, Flynn is a cooperating witness. Has he said Trump directed him to lie?

Either the media has sources who aren’t in a position to answer these questions — in which case, what’s their value — or they’re allowing their sources to play them, with selected leaks, designed to hurt the president.

 

JMO, but "Mueller is examining . . . " doesn't raise an eyebrow with me, seeing as that's kind of what he's been doing for many months.

Call me when it becomes "Mueller has concluded that . . . "

 

Exactly. Of course he’s “examining” that.

It’s like there’s some need to try and come up with an explosive headline, no matter the reality, every day.

 

Because it’s about regulation and taxation.
