Here is a new article about how, under the Obama administration, high level government officials in the DEA and Justice Department refused to bring criminal charges against corporate drug dealers who facilitated the deaths of many thousands of (mostly white) people.

That damn Obama. He should have screened the Colorado U.S. attorney better. Maybe met with him like Trumpy has the prospective ones for Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the District of Columbia.

 

What are your thoughts on the Hezbollah/Iran story?

 

Working my way through it. Pretty dubious so far. Arresting the worst of the worst of Hezbollah. Holding them for a couple years. And then letting them back out to do their dirty work again. Horrible look.

 

My first thought when I saw the post about McCain staying home. We may not like it, but, dammit, this is bigger than a vote on the tax bill.

 

Sadly, I think McCain's career is over. I hope the people who said shirty things regarding his last high-profile vote can live with being such shitty humans.
