I actually think I buy James Brown's story. It's not like he accidentally retweeted a porn link. He actually wrote a post around it. That can't happen accidentally, and I doubt Brown intended to do it, so it seems plausible that it was a hack.

Yep. He wanted us to believe there were some in the group who were fine people. He wanted us to believe that some in the group had gathered simply to protest the removal of Confederate monuments, but anybody who was still sticking around and in that group on Saturday -- after the wide release of the previous night's footage featuring "Jews Will Not Replace Us" et al -- was there because they were and are virulent racists. Something else they all have in common: They're Trumpists.

 

I've said this before. If this whole thing is Fake News, why not let it play out? He will not only enjoy being cleared; he will get to see his opponents embarrassed. Winning a doubleheader.

So the Trump campaign is told to report any contact to the FBI. There are multiple contacts thereafter. No reports.
I wonder why not.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if Trump sacked both Sessions and Rosenstein and put loyalists who can be trusted to obey orders to fire Mueller in their place.

 

I'm sure he will do all that AND make himself president for life. And the GOP congressmen won't do anything about it!
