Mr. Trump decided against doing a formal signing ceremony early next year because television news networks questioned whether he would keep his promise to sign the legislation before Christmas.

Mr. Trump said he saw the coverage Friday morning and hastily called his staff to say that the legislation needed to be signed “now,” prompting a last-minute Oval Office ceremony for the president’s greatest achievement in his first year in office.

I'm sure GOPers facing mid-terms are dancing a jig right now.

 

I believe that the reason the ceremony was to be delayed until Jan. 3 had something to do with postponing mandatory Medicare cuts until 2019, so this is a total own goal.

 

When dealing with Syria, Obama took into account the 4,800 dead American soldiers, the hundreds of thousands of dead Iraqis and the trillion dollars spent all to find alleged WMDs.

I was just posing about the m'er f'er lying. I hope the more people see it then maybe they will , you know , see it. I think that is how they work, say it enough and people will believe it. If that works for lies it should work for truth. I believe the "fake news" thing is a lie. (and I want everyone to believe it)
