The problem lies, largely, in financial practices.
Businesses account for all costs in price setting and in determining revenue needs. That includes return on equity, debt services and full personnel costs, including benefits.
Government does not do that and does not have to do it. A government agency like the USPS or you local town or county regularly engage in financial practices that would get a business shut down - carrying unfunded liabilities equal to or greater than 50% their annual revenues.
If you wanted to make USPS solvent, people would be out with torches and pitchforks over the needed increases because the consumer prices have been artificially depressed for so long.

'(NOTE) The above applies only to the 5% of arrested individuals who a) did exactly what they were accused of, and b) refuse to admit what they did and then seek a just punishment via plea. Trump is in the tiny minority of criminals who won't take responsibility for their actions.'

This is a bit mind-boggling and has nothing to do with Trump.
He's saying that the vast a majority of criminals 'take responsibility for their actions' since only a tiny minority won't.
Most criminals take responsibility. Not 'are held responsible' but take responsibility.

And 95% of criminals either a) did not do what they are accused of AND b) admit what they did and seek 'just' punishment via plea?

Is that not what he is saying?

Didn't he think this was a fireable offense in the case of the ABC News reporter, saying something wrong that messed with stock prices?

If there's still agate clerks in 16 years, imagine the scene.

I couldn't agree more; I'm in USPS offices all the time and rarely do I not find great customer service and the price can't be beat.

Wouldn't it be interesting if the USPS went the free-market route that the MAGA folks are demanding -- and then suddenly find out they get charged more to send their Christmas cards from Bumfuck Idaho than do the dark-skinned folks in Chicago!

In Obama's defense, he didn't want to upset Hezbollah.

    Saban only got 43.

Edited to add: Oops. That’s only for one county (Tuscaloosa). Saban’s total is 264.
