I think a fair reading of that is that you're utterly dismissive of the sign-holder and her ability to effect change. Which you yourself essentially confirmed.

I believe I made clear that, when it comes to Trump, I don't think it's a "game." I think it's serious and vitally important. But hey, your mileage evidently varies.

The more reading I've done of this fallout it seems like the president is someone who the Dems could actually work with, but is too weakminded to stand up to his own advisers.
It is pointless for anyone to negotiate with Trump - they need to talk to the ones really holding the power, which would be Kelly and Miller.
