She had no power to remove markings from classified docs, and no power to declassify docs from the ICs. Only the originating agencies (and President) can do that.

And as I was trying to say earlier, there were underlings who did this: moving data from high side secure systems (and air gapped - not connected to the Internet), to other systems (the infamous server, cloud, Weiner and unclassified .gov systems not air gapped).

 

So she *wasn't* a governnment contractor, then, right?
