I was in Jerusalem for Easter one year. It was one of the years where Easter, Othodox Easter, and Passover all happen at the same time.

So that the religiously observant could use the elevator at the Crown Plaza hotel, without pressing any buttons, they had been programmed to stop at every even floor (which made for long waits).

I was staying on an odd floor, but would press the button. Folks were very surprised to see me get on the elevator on an odd floor.
