I’m curious as to how knowing person X is registered to vote makes it easier to target X with disinformation. I mean, does Boris think, “Look, is name of Polish root ... is likely watch Fox News so is easy to convince economic worries go away with shit on brown people”?

 

Knowing how registered voters are concentrated, with demographic data, probably doesn't make a difference at all, right? Like gerrymandering.

 

Yeah. The 2016 response was terrible. The previous administration should have been more forceful, but wasn’t because the GOP would have shit themselves. The dems should have done it anyway.
