Far be it from me to defend Q, but I think he was making a response in jest to the line about seniors being forced to eat cat food by saying that they could eat dog food too. A dogs vs. cats joke, so to speak.

Gee, maybe if we didn't see boogeymen around every corner we wouldn't be such a paranoid nation.

A nation that is among the least attacked in world history really doesn't need to pretend as though it's the most threatened.

Here's a crazy thought: Help get Puerto Rico back on its feet, and THEN worry about "security" for Montenegro.
