It's all an awesome distraction from the healthcare discussion, something that actually matters to hundreds of millions of Americans. But whatever.

Missed it. Just saw the one where he played a game show host in a movie.

I've made the same mistake myself sometimes. When trying to poke fun of or even hurt someone, we sometimes ignore the fact that we're hurting or denigrating someone else at the same time. In our desire to score points against one target, we might also hit another. In this case, in trying to defend Trump and zing the appropriately handled Dick, you took a sideways shot at a very good writer who happens to have had a previous career and who, more important, is a really kind and good person. It doesn't seem necessary, I don't know why you'd feel the need to do it, and I'm on a campaign of small fixes to make myself feel better about the world.

Take that for whatever you think it's worth, which might very well be nothing at all.

Hey, careful with what you say to YF!

Knowing that he is a stickler for accuracy, he might quibble with the word "secret."

I guess I'd be a little more sympathetic if he hadn't called me a neo-Nazi recently.

I understand him to be a good and loyal friend. I realize I'm not in that category for him.

Oh well. I didn't realize I had treaded on sensitive ground.
