He honestly believes he is brilliant and can always make the right choices. Like Bush he thinks he's the great decider. These people don't think outside the box. Followers chose from existing choices. Real leaders, brilliant leaders, create new choices.

I kind of hope some hackers are working on his site right now, just to show how foolish a choice he is for cyber security czar.
