I don't get this quote:

What pray tell exactly is the acceptable number of Russian spies in the U.S.?

Well IMHO it turned out OK. The other dopes, Bridget Kelly and Bill Jabroni pretty much were the ones who were punished.
Guess you could say it hurt the fat man's chances at winning the Republican nomination, but don't think he was winning anway.
