These numbers may be true, but they don't have anything to do with what Trump is claiming.

He says 39 percent OF HIS NOMINATIONS are awaiting confirmation. The 66 positions that have not been nominated are a different subset.

The relevant numbers for purposes of his tweet are:
How many nominated positions have been confirmed?
How many nominated positions are awaiting confirmation?

Did Cheatin' Obama ever pay off a mistress with campaign funds? Just wondering.

    Re: USPS

In addition to Amazon, the USPS also delivers the vast majority of products sold on eBay, which is millions of package per year. I sell estate sale antiques on eBay and print the postage labels here at home. I also get a discount of 10 percent to more than 20 percent on postage costs.

Or create a fake university to scam people?

Or pass off rando supermarket steaks as his own brand?

Or use charitable foundation funds to buy a portrait of himself?

Or use preservation easements to avoid paying taxes on a country club?

And that is the danger of Sinclair spreading out, too.

Cheatin' Obama? That makes no sense. Trump's not even trying anymore.

I still find it hard to believe there are 35 percent of any group of people who could look at the way things have gone over the last year and say "Sure, yes. I approve."

And skewing older and whiter over time. Know anyone under, say, 35 with a land line at home?

Land line polls have always been flawed. That’s why Dewey was leading Truman in the polls — in 1948 the home telephone was still considered a luxury somewhat and skewed rich, urban and Republican (a more urban party in the 40s).

That's the conundrum with the mail service. The final mile delivery of stuff on a daily basis. It's tremendously expensive to set a nation-wide network to do so, not just cherry pick the cities and suburbs.

This sudden uptick in tweets likely means that whoever was in charge of soothing him has left the White House. Hope Hicks?
