Good morning, everybody. Not a lot of sleep last night, as I lay awake worrying how I might fix the system for paying Canada's federal employees that was introduced by our former Conservative government.

Seriously, though, @JC, I have no idea what made you so mad last night. I recall no previous animus between us. It is finally a beautiful day here, and I'm up early to race in our annual spring river festival in a boat made of gin barrels. Should be fun. I hope you have a great day, too, buddy.
