That’s deplorable.

 

I've learned a lot about politics by keeping tabs on Fish and Game/conservation policy debates.

There are a few people in the Northwest who would genuinely care about the balance between, say, wolves and elk. Who would extensively research the issues of bad winters, habitat loss and the effect of predators upon the elk population.

Then there were the other 95 percent of wolf haters who complained mightily about the issue between 2009-2016, then ... crickets since. I wonder why?

 

Yeah right, because federal law should never be used to preempt state law.

And, if we all believed that, we might be still be seeing "Whites Only" signs across Alabama.

 

Anyone who would shoot a hibernating bear cub is a human who should be culled from our herd.
