You're responding to some imaginary hypocrisy. The hypocrisy you mean to respond to is that others here pretend they're offended by the lies of politicians ... when what they really mean is that they're offended by the lies of certain politicians.

 

It's an evil sideshow with his ignorant base. "Look what I fed the dummies today." And it generates great chaos.

 

Or maybe it's the frequency of the lies.

 

President Obama couldn't come close to President Trump's rate of telling lies. You went back to 2010 to find something. Looking for multiple lies from President Trump, we just have to go back to yesterday....or the day before...or the day before that....

 

No, he doesn’t exist at all.

 

The amount of lying also has something to do with it.

I don't like lies from any politician. But Trump lies constantly, about facts that can be easily proved, when there is no purpose to his lies. He lies with a capacity that's never before been seen. He lies as a default. He lies even when it hurts people and hurts his country. And his followers, as blind and stupid as they are, don't care. It's disgusting.

If you want to justify it, or ignore it, that's your call. But it doesn't make his bullshit true.

 

And when Trump lies about his own lies, about words that came out of his mouth on camera, it shows the world that he will lie about anything, and everything, and that he views this job as just another reality show to create chaos around him.
