    No do every other high end real estate development in New York, Miami, London, etc.

    Rich Russians, Chinese, and Middle Easterners are looking to put there money somewhere safe. This isn't new, nor unique to Trump.

    Standard procedure is to take out a mortgage. Paying in cash while hiding behind a shell corp. is a prime marker of money laundering.
