Anyone who's ever done a presentation, with an audience up to, and including Fortune 500 CEOs, has used brightly colored, simple presentations materials.

The presenter may add additional detail/context as he/she makes the presentation, but the "flashcards"/slides are always going to be basic.

For the record, I worded that post with a double meaning - yeah, the usual jokingly poke at shottie, but the “waitresses survived” was meant to be a suggestion, given the context of the discussion and my reply, that some of the waitresses posts have probably survived.

Alas, subtlety doesn’t work much around here anymore when there is a cadre of folks, you being a chief example, jumping to browbeat fellow posters.
