I posted a while ago that I didn't think Disney would rehire Gunn. I'm not going to change my tune just because YankeeFan happens to agree with me on that small point.

 

If it hates conservative hero Fred Phelps four years after his death, that's good by me.

 

Gunn will not be rehired.
But the fact is that right now (whether it's a good thing or not) Chris Pratt is the most bankable star in Hollywood and the suits will sit up and take notice if he and his co-stars walk.
