    Madness? For goodness sakes. He’s chronically insecure and has a persecution complex. He isn’t insane.

    Is he suffering from cognitive decline? Evidence there, while not conclusive, is suggestive.

    Expecting everyone else to share your interpretation of reality is some degree of madness. Or sickness, depending on perspective.
    He's been a public liar for decades. None of that is new.

    Did you read a word I wrote or just start to reply? I said when I posted it, I don't know the guy who wrote the intro, I follow the guy who was linked. The only value in the top layer is that he wrote a concise summary to and linked the article I wanted in the thread. I plainly posted "I have no idea who Jeffery Bergman is, but he wrote a solid intro, and frankly I don't think my taking it off and doing one myself would add any value whatsoever. I do follow Garrett Graff. His thread here summarizes the highlights (lowlights?) of Wilbur Ross very nicely, and Bergman frames it nicely by referring to the process by which Trump filled his cabinet."

    The info in Graff:

    Garrett M. GraffVerified account
    @vermontgmg
    Journalist. Director, @aspencyber. Contributor, @WIRED, @CNN, @Longreads. Fmr ed, @PoliticoMag & @washingtonian. chair, @ncoc. Author. garrett.graff@gmail.

    I'd have been good with "Former editor of Politico", but he hits a few other bases. That summary of Ross was cleanly written and laid it all out on the day after the "Ross grifts $120M" story came out.

    I don't see where the problem lies. If I cut off Bergman, then I need to write an intro as good as his. Why bother? Already been done.

    He's a megalomaniac and a raging asshole. With or without cognitive decline.

    Why not just link to the Ross story and share whatever thoughts you have? The tweet adds nothing substantive to the conversation. It’s somebody else’s birds-eye reaction, as informed as any of ours.

    That’s just my viewpoint. I hate the echo chamber on both sides. I try to stay away from it on Twitter. But I’m just one person, so if you think there’s value in it, keep doing you
