"reasonable doubt" is such a soft word. I'm guessing it is somewhere between "more likely than not" is guilty and "how could he not be guilty?"

Not necessarily. It is a question asked in many high-profile trials. It was asked by the jury in the Scooter Libby trial. He wasn't acquitted.

Daaaamn. He got out the whuppin' stick.

"A good leader tries to embody the best qualities of his or her organization," he said. "A good leader sets the example for others to follow.

"A good leader always puts the welfare of others before himself or herself."

"Your leadership, however, has shown little of these qualities," McRaven said. "Through your actions, you have embarrassed us in the eyes of our children, humiliated us on the world stage and, worst of all, divided us as a nation.

"If you think for a moment that your McCarthy-era tactics will suppress the voices of criticism, you are sadly mistaken," McRaven said. "The criticism will continue until you become the leader we prayed you would be."

As much as I hate what they are doing I’d put about half the Senate republicans and about 30 of house republicans as both serious and smart. And by definition they are of consequence. General Mattis is serious and smart. They all support trump.

That's dead on. As soon as Trump saw the French Bastille Day parade with Macron, he wanted one too. "With planes and tanks and Army men and everything. Do they do those sword salutes as they pass the reviewing stand?

Say, does the Army have Fire Trucks??"
