Actually: Texas panel rejects proposal to close 87 driver's license offices. For now.

Obviously there are two months until election day but I think it will be at least under three percent. Beto has all the momentum, his visit every county traveling party is going to make a difference and I think Trump is going to end up hurting Cruz more than he helps.

I don't know anyone who doubts Kavanaugh's credentials. The doubt is that I'm not sure it is ethical to seat him given the circumstances of the election. Felt the same way about Gorsuch - but the feeling has only grown more pronounced as more is learned.
