    I figure it was a mixture. Yeah, they believe it. But only after pouring over a few thousand spreadsheets of data.

    Uh, we also were No. 21 in 2016, when somebody not named Trump was in charge. And we were at No. 20 the year before. So it's not like we're in some kind of Democracy freefall here.

    Russia, meanwhile, has moved ahead of Iraq, that place we brought democracy to so many years ago. :)
