I have no idea. But, best as I can tell, he lived in New York during the Clinton administration, and was unlikely to have his kids go to school with the child of a top NASA administrator.

 

And how are you determining where he lived during the Clinton years?

 

It's the best he can tell. That is clearly enough in the YF sliding scale of reliable evidence.

 

From where he was employed.

From the fact that he wasn't a D.C. guy, or someone who had worked for the Bush campaign, when he was offered an administration job.
