    I’m struggling with the NYT participating in this, and I’m coming down on the side of “probably it shouldn’t have.” I think the anonymity compromises the credibility of the piece. It’s not like it revealed anything that wasn’t already known.

    Hey, if I were Trump, I'd lash out and say the op-ed was cowardly as well. I actually don't blame him one bit on that point.

    As someone who minored in history in college, this whole thing has just fascinated me to no end.

    Last week, when the judge denied his attempt to dismiss the lawsuits against him, somebody said that "while he doesn't defend what Jones is saying" it sets a precedent and someday liberals may be sued for something similar.

    I don't think so. No liberals I know incite people to harass parents of murder victims.
