    In fairness: Had the tax cuts been in place for the entirety of the fiscal year, the deficit would have been higher.

    Be patient - it'll be even better next year.

    I agree with him on this. But he, of all people, really needs to shut the F up. You weren't seeing those types of comments from him during the period in the late 2000s and early 2010s, when we were running up huge budget deficits and doubling the national debt. He was a cheerleader for it then, because he's a dishonest hack who taylors his BS to the team he roots for. Nothing close to that from him when we got the tax cut extension in 2010 that added yet more debt. For him, that was "stimulus." So, so necessary. Not when we got huge blow-out spending bills that predictably turned into a bunch of pigs feeding at the trough as our debt ran up through the roof and Americans saw nothing for it except us slowly selling out the future. He's one of the most dishonest people imaginable when it comes to this stuff.

    Well, actually, the entire deficit is caused by Obamacare and illegals and that Kenyan Muslim who soiled the Oval Office for eight years.

    There’s a legitimate reason for deficits and national debt. Trump tax cuts weren’t it.
    And for all the a bullshit crying over spending the GOP GAVE more money to undeserving people than the dems. There’s no reason the US defense budget equals the next 12 nations’ defense spending. There’s enough graft and misspending in the pentagon contracts to buy healthcare for 20 million poor children a year. ProLife policies don’t end 40 weeks after conception

    He did the same thing last year and then was one of the first ones to run like a cockroach when that late season hurricane looked like it was going to slam Florida, especially the left coast, but wound up not being that bad.
