I wonder why Ms. Ball's version of something that happened 35 years ago is being accepted as stone, cold fact.

 

I don't think we should accept her "version" as a stone cold lock. But what would her motivation be 6 years ago before 99.9% of the country had ever heard of Kavenaugh? If your house was on the line would you bet that she was telling the truth or that he was telling the truth.
