I mean, whether he did what Dr. Ford claims—narrator: he did—is only part of the argument against Kavanaugh at this point. He's a proven liar, proven partisan, and he clearly doesn't have the temperament to be a judge in the highest court. He's not a good choice, period.

I say again: If he's confirmed, I would love to hear what RBG says to him upon their first meeting.

Never said based on Professor Ford's testimony it was "definitive." As with anything in our lives, nothing is definitive, but a question of credibility. I've always said don't be afraid of scrutiny, let the jury decide, its the best system available. Here' the jury is the public and they can decide.

 

If Trump pulls the nomination, the crying (weakness) will be the reason.
