The fact of the matter is that it doesn’t matter if he was a pussy grabbing beer jock in HS and College. It doesn’t matter if he lied to Congress. He, or the next facsimile of him, was going to be a federalist society clone. He’s a catholic on Sunday, preaching Christ, but not his message. He’s going to be pro-conservative policy and set aside State’s rights and when it comes to environmental laws, there will be no State’s right to regulate, but State’s rights to open up public lands.

His character is irrelevant. He was never going to be an intellectually honest justice. He’s there to shape the country in his moralistic right wing image. And of course, his morals and the elite don’t need to obey the laws
