Using the army against the caravan is setting the table nicely for declaring the nation's 8-11 million hispanic illegal immigrants as an "invading army" for legal purposes. This would bypass the 14th amendment and set the stage for the mass concentration and deportation they keep saying they intend to do but nobody takes them seriously for some reason.

Everything that I have heard about Rudy was that after he left office he wanted to get paid in full to make up for his time in government service and to live the high life.
