Yep. But I'd rather have the side with the people in it.

This was, in the end, a normal mid-term election. The economy is way too good for a wave and Trump is too unpopular to buck mid-term history.

The Senate geography was too much against a wave. But the Democrats will win the popular House vote by 8-9 points. That's a lot.

Chuck Todd just said it was the fourth straight midterm where one of the chambers has flipped.

    For whatever that's worth.

    No unicorn. Beto loses.

But Dems projected to win the House. And pick up several governorships. Game on.

Now, after Infrastructure Week, let’s have Mueller Week.

Ted “Lucifer in the flesh” Cruz is still a senator. Too bad.

Would have been really interesting if the Senate openings, based on current parties holding, had been flipped.

In Texas, the Senate race was called with 32 percent of the precincts but 80 percent of the vote reporting. Or so CNN et al said.
How do they know what % of the votes have reported if they haven't counted them yet? Curious about the massive chasm between precincts and votes.

Simple. The urban votes are in and Cruz is still leading. The sparsely-populated counties left will largely go 80% or more for Cruz.

The first thing they need to do is protection for Mueller. The tax returns are a function of that.
