First step. A check on power. Needed. Something to celebrate.

Wasn’t as dominant as it could have been. But an ugly win is a win. And this is an extremely important win.

Slowly — very slowly — Dems are changing the maps at the state level. Trump can now be investigated. Mueller can be protected. Trump’s agenda will grind even more to a halt. Young women have broken through in formerly red districts. (Kendra Horn just won in Oklahoma.) This is a good night. Change isn’t one feel-good night. It’s a process.

Here in Arkansas, Republicans are winning handily. And so is a measure to raise minimum wage - which seems odd.

Our system works (kinda), there will finally be a check on Trump. No wall, no more corruption, past sins exposed.

It sure is. At least for the next two years Republicans won’t be able to fuck with Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. That’s huge.

Thank God the GOP lost the House.

Would have been amazing if Beto had staged the massive upset, but a scare in Texas is something.

Looking good for Jon Tester in Montana so far. I think it says something good about the U.S. Senate that someone like him sits in it.

Also gives Obamacare a lifeline (pardon the expression), no?

I'm starting to lean toward the idea that Trump won't run in 2020.
